Honestly. This guy is going to cost me more per day than my entire roster. Between him and my other custodian I am looking at nearly double my roster salaries.

Best guess is your building 1 atty guys. ie 1 custodian would look 40/10 theother 10/40 though bigger than 40 and more like 50's for the build atty.

There is a huge surcharge for 1 atty staff ging back to BETA. Other than atty 1 for SD's I'd build flat(even) for all staff. 1st is cost but second is contribution. The head contributes more than the assistant so you don't get even influences either for training/regen for example.

A lot of my staff are one-attys.
I didn't know I get charged more for them, I guess I should start evening them out to lower the contract costs. Thanks for the info.

They should consider getting these salaries down. Or maybe that I just should become a maintenance guy and earn more than a hockey player?

For managers.. I would also do 1 atty staff.. the 2 jobs are completely separate.

Yeah, there are quite a few that are not really related to each other.
