So now that Martin Brodeurs career is in its twilight, where do you think he ranks amongst the all-time greats?
For me the top 3 in no particular order has to be Brodeur, Roy, Tretiak, but I can't decide who was the best....thoughts?

yah, he's #4 on my list for sure, it was really hard leaving him out of that top 3.

I rank Roy above Brodeur.
Brodeur played for a D first team while Roy played with more run-and-gun teams.

That being said, I'm a bit biased and Brodeur does slaughter Roy in puck-playing ability.
I've been compared a lot to Quick. Same style, same number etc. If I were LA though, I wouldn't sign Quick past age 30. That style of play only works when you're young. Take Felix Potvin... he had a different style but same premise. Need to be quick and agile to perform. As he aged he had to change his style and eventually was obsolete.
Puck handling skills... Roy deked out Gretzky, can broduer say he did that? I think Roy was number one. Marty is definitely top 3 though.
I put Roy just a bit ahead of Brodeur because he wasn't playing in trap hockey. Ain't saying Brodeur isn't good, but any good goalie playing for the Devils in that time would have similar numbers.
