Teams with no substitution would collapse at the end game. Players with 40mins action couldn't just finish and tendency to start missing shots after shots.
This feature already exists. Players who play 40mins will loose a lot of skill at the end of game.
suggestion: Why not let the new manager hire all his staff at once? it's weird that im playing with just a coach,lecturer and one doctor... no regeneration staff yet
Staff members are not that useful at the start of the game. They begin to have some importance only when facilities have reached a certain level.
Also you can't give the managers the possibility to buy anything before that 11 experience level. This would be an open door for cheaters and double accounts.

It's related to the level of importance that you play each match.. higher importance, higher energy drop
All these things can be found in the guide, it will tell you exactly how much energy you will lose depending on the importance you play and the minutes your player plays. I would personally suggest reading through the whole thing, it is very useful.
Make it clear which players on the player performance pages have met the minimum requirements to win a prize in league statistics.

Close shots need to differentiate between driving the lane with perimeter players and posting up with big men.
An option to choose 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th shooting option with all tactics not just set plays.

Sub-player is not always weaker than the main player. Just these players can suitable for various tactics. And change of tactics sometimes can be done not on the basis of the score difference. To be able to adjust to this change, the sub-player should get more minutes in play.

I agree with this, we may want to play the sub more then the starter if it fits with our tactics (aka one SF is a great defender and the other one is a great shooter)
If to introduce this and previous suggestion for settings of substitution, a tactical variety will increase.

Suggession: Make 4q endings more realistic.. My team was trailing by 3pts with 18sec remaining and they shoot from 2pt.. Then other team attacks the basket (why they need them if they are in front), then it was again my ball, and was trailing by 1pts, but guess what, they didn't take timeout, they didn't shoot to the basket even it was 8sec remaining.. It's awful.
