Suggestion: 100% value refund after demolition of facilities and arena. The problem is, once you're maxed out on facilites and the arena there is nothing to build anymore. I would love to be able to build up everything once again, without loosing money along the way. Further quite a few franchise bankruptcies could be avoided. Also allows for some sort of restructuring of facilities without the huge penalties.
Another suggestion: A sponsor history page for pro pack owners listing your team's past general and media sponsorship deals.

Yes, I also support faster chemistry gain on NT teams. It takes too long to gain it and it is hard to gain enough chemistry for only two tactical options, it is impossible for more.

It's even worse to pick up new players in NT. Its no page to find all players from countrey, you must search from each club separatly... Its nonsence!

NT is not a club in which each of us manages many seasons. Each new coach is to the National Team for a short time (1-2 season), and in that short time he should be able to completely change all tactics! Otherwise, need to remove tactical chemistry as unnecessary tactical option!

I have increased the chemistry gains by some 25% for friendly games. Even more for round robin games. Let's see what it does.
