I would definitely not try to play an injured player, even if they are 1st string
yea. 20% drop really hurts plus that is why you are gaining chem on the back up.
Play him.

I actually played both Marrero and Thomas because it was very convenient. I wanted to test playing two pivots in the defense. And giving chemistry to both wouldn't hurt.
Don't think I could have added a player that could start anyways as I only found Rice was injured earlier in the morning with only a couple of hours left to play.
Played Marrero some matches because I wanted to see how he compared to Thomas. I think both are at the same level and both will have a long life at team USA.

Is the page of players in consideration to make the NT available to see yet?
More players can still be added, but here is the list of Players in consideration

you can see, for example, offensive Pivot I have not found great ones to back Rice other than Drapper who got ratio messed. I called him to replace injured Rice. He should have his ratio fixed "soon"
I uploaded my top guys for you to look at if you wish
Im going to do another round of consideration soon. I made 3 rounds already. So people still have time to add players to the database if they have not done so.
I am finishing scouting some new players.

btw, a player with a red square means it is a bit too lower than the desired ratio for the position
And the OR (or effective OR if accounting for experience as well).
EOR uses experience
EQ uses CL and experience
white means "nothing". there are 5 possible stars.
blue means the "quality" of the attribute. Reaching 5 stars means the player is near perfect for that attribute
0 stars means it did not meet the "minimum" to be consider a solid player in that attribute.

yes. I had some studies this season and may tweak a bit the ratio. (specially for the defenders)
I had a study with goalies this season and intend to do it again next season. for that i will need more goalies to be imported and managers willing to play a match with only one goalie.
