NT Roster has reduced to 23 players. More players may be cut in the next couple of days.

I will be preparing a list of potential players to be added to the roster.

As stands the roster depth is
Goalies: William Jack , Pascale Baumgartner

Def Back: U Don Womack , U Bryan Weber , L Kevin Hall , L Joshua Chase , R Sylvan Phelan

Off Back: R Stacey Wells , L Mario Tubbs , U Jay Woodall is a winger with great passing, U Marty Kemp

Wing: L Frederick Schneider , U Troy Snodgrass , L Logan Mallory , R Carl Minton

Def Pivot: Ronald Thomas , Darron Marrero

Off Pivot: Jeff Rice , Hugh Draper


Needs:
1. More offensive Backs
2. All wingers but Minton are more offensive. More defensive oriented wingers
3. 3rd goalie
4. if available, upgrade players.

Anyways, that is my personal list of needs but as i mentioned I will let the community to voice their opinion once I present the deserving/quality players that can be added to the roster.

I will be checking the database in the next few days.

btw, this is the current depth. I have not yet checked the database to present players that can be added as i have to import all the players.

I will present my potential roster soon, but i can already say that Pascale Baumgartner wont be the 2nd goalie. I know 2-3 goalies in our nation, that are 2 years younger than him and have almost same OR.

well i also agree Pascale wont be 2nd as we all know there are at least 2 young to take over. But his chemistry is an asset in case one goalie goes down.

btw, i didnt set any specific order in the depth. I will go with 3 goalies, thus a 3rd would be added.

What is the current cut off for the team ??? So people know what to upload to the DB's

btw, i dont necessarily have a cut off. Chances are almost zero a player with 350 or lower OR will make it. Players with 375 or lower have slim chances depending on quality and needs.

players with 375 OR and high qualities are the most likely to be considered.

But again, Im more into high qualities and effective OR. Also this season training facilities will be considered as some teams can already have 2 levels ahead.

Manager should at least started level 11 TF. Managers with top players with TF level 10 will be considered but i advise to upgrade them.

lower than 10 the player must be very very good. I mean, one of those top players other countries have and we dont have

yeah, he went to a team/league that don't put much into facilities and lots on purchasing players.

he will definitely stay cause he is still one of the best USA players and have tons of chemistry and experience but he would likely the following season be relegated to water boy (in the roster but not called) if his team does not upgrade facilities quickly.
