Teema: US Senior National Team

I wouldn't be so quick to thin the team down, you can always dismiss players currently on the team mid season to add any new pulls. Even the players sitting on the national team and not playing at least get the popularity bonus and higher prices if they hit the market. Both those lead to more money in the US (albeit probably not very much). It won't make a drastic difference either way, but carrying 10 empty spots waiting for 15 year olds that may or may not come won't have any real benefit.

On that note, it may also be of benefit to notify the managers of players on the chopping block before hand. Just on the off chance that they were considering selling their player, they could throw them on the market while they still were on the team.

Cannot be dismissed during the season.

"...Players selected in the previous seasons or by a previous manager can be dismissed until day 14 of the season."

The 10 free slots would not necessarily be for only 15yo. Like this season, only one player really was very high OR from the 3 slots i had left.

But it would allow me to make adjustments.

the players with 0-2% chemistry could be recalled at anytime if needed but they don't need to sit there if i am not going to use.

As far as money, i think i did a pretty good job spreading the team among several teams allowing several ones to benefit.

and to better explaining the 10-12 slots .... there were some good pulls late this season plus Id allow 2-3 weeks into next season for new pulls. Possible Id fill 6 players leaving 4-6 for later. those could be new top 15yo or a needed player.

the 10-12% chemistry players ... if those for example fall to 4/6 cl would be a bummer. Although i looked at those and i think if i cut it would be one player.

Note: Only 18 can be called for a game. With the 12 returning players there are 6 slots to be filled. could be from the list of reduced role or new players.

If all the reduced role return (probably will), then there is only 1 slot available top be called for a match. With that said if I don't cut the 11 listed players they will be just sitting there all season. I'd rather call as needed or when new top player is pulled.

Also, now that teams have passed level 10 training it will be the best time to add those top prospect 15yo

Right now I have a depth chart of 78 players. It is hard to pick when theyre not scouted so I will decide by OR, age and CL. I will try to keep as many players as there are to reamain the chemistry, but major changes must accur. For instance I am still going to leave about 10 spots open for new talents, because in the future their experiance and chemistry will come in handy.

I am surprised to see Marty Kemp being dropped. Universal 6/6 Has better Q's for a back over Tubbs and will pass Tubbs next season in OR for Left Back due to better facilities. Mind you, he is marked for sale and being developed as an offensive back but I would reconsider keeping him on the NT program. He could even back up Wells as well.

he is on dropped list because i didnt use him. I think it is better to drop and recall then keep and not use.

I have only one week to drop but several to recall ...
I could keep him, but i dont want to run the same mistake i run this season when i thought i could drop in the first week.

All of those 16yo i called this season (and listed for being dropped) have very high qualities, I am aware of that. that is why i called then at first place this season...

chances are very high 3-6 will be recalled as i doubt there will be many top 15yo being pulled in the first couple of weeks.

there are also some high quality players pulled late this season (as for example mojo pulled some) that needs to be considered to make the team too.

your darron marrero, kemp , minton, mccauley, Hudgins and milligan all have great potential to make the team.

by removing them Id have a bit more time to build the remaining members.

Tubbs is not the only current 17yo that will fall in a couple of seasons. Back is the position I am more concerned on improving the depth. so very likely Kemp would be recalled

Facilities ... Training will get pretty expensive at level 12 and beyond. It will be interesting to see who will be able to keep up with that while still building others as sports academy.

Many finished level 10 ahead of me but now stalled. Im sure the same will happen on level 11. Although current level means something (managers are committed to build up) it does not mean ones a level behind will be behind forever ...

My goal will be to get the database, analyze the players that could make the team, post them all here and let members have some say on who to be called. Going to be democratic

also the players listed at "Players returning with reduced role or being cut" are players that will very likely have reduced role but as they have chemistry I do not wish to cut (for a possible return) as they would lose the gained chemistry.

I listed there so if one is specifically against one of them will have the chance to say something to try to get him out of the team.

Pascalle is in there as I plan to pick a player to take the 2nd spot. I want a player that is a regular starter on his team, young and top qualities. Pascalle would then be the 3rd/reserve. The only thing i have against Pascalle is that not being a starter his experience gain will be limited. And going to be 18yo wont help his cause. Other than that, he is a very high quality player

soccer U17 and U20 started at season 5 (same as senior)

The World Championship is called U19 so it is very possible we could have a U19 team on season 5 as well as the other team.

with that said, the current 17yo could be the ones in the senior team in a couple of seasons while next season's prospects in different national team.

Has there been any other G's worth looking at? Any 6/6 around Fugate's OR and Q's ?

Lloyd Russ and Lloyd Russ are the ones I am looking now.

Fugate, great qualities, has the advantage of Mojo's better training facility while Russ has better, almost perfect, qualities.
