4 days of offers, and I actually remembered to log in to check every single day.
Offers of 2 star, 1 star, 1 star, and 2 stars forced on my handball team that just promoted to I.1
Am I the only one sick and tired of getting 4 crap offers and having a garbage fiscal season because of it?
I've already quit my soccer team, and am thinking of pulling the plug on my hockey and handball ones as well.
4 days is not enough time for offers. This is the third time I've pulled 3 or 4 garbage offers - and heaven forbid you miss a weekend in game and you lose two shots at offers.

this is perhaps the only time you really want to be online every day. Other than that you can still play at a reasonable level coming online once a week (to pull your player and staff)
obviously, ideally you want to log in before every league match at least.
Although i have never finished the season with less than 3 star offer (on any sport) it is still luck.
My unluck is pulling players in hockey and soccer, specially hockey where i could never pull any player over 3 stars!!!! Except very few cases. I think i only pulled a 4 star once.

No, the system does suck. I hope they make some real changes with the overhaul they're supposedly working on. In hockey this season, I'm making $2 million less per week even though my arena increased from 8000 to 15250 in time for sponsorship offers. I was punished for promoting to a higher league. Because I didn't win as many games and essentially lost OTR (and lost in the relegation round), my sponsorship offers sucked, even though I played hard in the games the sponsors supposedly watch in the placement playoffs.
well, I go the complain as getting 1-2 star offers ...
I dont think it is the sponsorship that is broken, but how things are placed together.
higher divisions
1. Better sponsor: more money
2. more money, build facilities faster, sell players, make money
3. better facilities, better train players, harder for incoming lower division teams that get promoted to compete.
it is not the sponsor itself, but the entire thing.
I still think that lower division teams should have much higher chance to pull top qualities players so they can either.
1. make profit by selling to top teams.
2. keep and be able to try to compete against top teams
the realitiy is that many of real top teams find their top prospects from lower leagues. that is somewhat what id like it to be: give lower divisions the chance to be the ones finding the hidden gens. Make top division teams to pay to get those from poor lower division teams.

also it would help if more teams are promoted/relegated. that way it wouldnt be always almost the same teams playing against each other.
In a note, a team on D2 earns more than I earn from sponsor evb tough he sighed a 4 star while i signed a 5 star deal.
With that said, it is not necessarily always higher divisions earning more. The biggest issue is as few teams get promoted, another few get to continuously stay on D1 and make tons of money and the longer they stay, the richer they get.
I would not be against the lowest 6 to be relegated to lower divisions while the 7th-9th would play against lower division 3rd place team for a relegation/promotion series.
In a note: Id make the regular season winner to get instant promotion just like the playoff winner. That would motivate people to win it instead of saving for playoffs.

This is basically what did my soccer team in. Too good for III league, not nearly good enough for II league.
My hockey team is in a somewhat similar plight, although I've had better success with the market in this sport, and my team will survive relegation in II.2 this season.
Really, this "you must log on to have any prayer of a half decent offer" is terrible. one weekend I'm out of town, so my team is screwed for 16 more weeks?
Again, this time, it was 4 straight garbage offers. It's not like my HR is level 4 here.

I missed the final day of sponsorships due to a tennis tournament, and the owners were left to pick. So now im stuck with a 2** general and a 1* media. It haunts me to think they were 4+ that day. Also, sidenote- the 2 days prior to the day i missed, i only got 1 and 2 star offers
one possible solution (bet they would do as pro pack if ever do) is to allow us to set a minimun star offer for "auto accept" so we dont need to be online to sign a good offer.
often people will gamble on anything less than 4* anyways. and will ofter accept an either 4 or 5 star.

For handball I turned down a 3 star to take my chances last day for media sponsor. Ended with a 1 star. That being said it was only about 60 grand a week. Not a deal breaker.
In soccer general sponsors weren't coming. Ended up with a 1. Difference was about 2 mil. Got a 5 star for media so loss wasn't as bad. Things aren't as good as they could be but it hasn't killed me. With any luck I can make it to Playoff finals.

iv'e got two sports where my general sponsor & media sponsor are both 5 star deals. the others are 3 stars
