I'd argue that if age favors anyone, it's probably WasUpNerd. The following includes a lot of assumptions and generalizations, but hear me out.

I don't know about you all, but when I was 18, I had nothing but time to devote to video games, fantasy sports, drinking, partying, etc. My only responsibility was going to my classes. Other than that, I was free as a bird.

By the time you're 22 or 23, college/school is over and you're thrust into the real world of paying bills, working, etc. By the time you hit 40, you may have kids, a family, etc. that further occupies you.

Age might bring maturity and patience, but it also brings stress and (in general) a lot less available time.

problem with some under aged is that they could play hard in the school break, then disappear as school starts.

Older people (like myself) can have their wives winning for then to drop the game as they are spending too much time and not doing much of the shores

I am sorry. You should have email me again. NSHT was little bit unpremeditated. I thought it would help to keep track of everything but I realized it is just waste of time. ( that is why I did not want people to get involved in it ).

P.S. About the scenarios: Even if I did suck really bad ( which I personally think I don't ) I am not that stupid to not get help from other people. As I said many times I want people to help I try to encourage them and motivate them to be interested and if you did responded back in July I am sorry because those days I had a lot of messeges and It is very likely that I missed it.

What I was thinking is that every time before the game all of us that are interested would sit down on saturday for a little bit, chat about upcoming game and most importantly try to set the best squad to win.

It is always good to have people's opinion. I like when people give their suggestions.

When It comes into more details I often private message people as I dont want opponent's manager to come and spy on the plans.

Last Hockey match against Turkey I messaged a couple of managers with my plans. And started discussions for the playoff match against Canada.

a NT manager willing to listen and discussing with others will have a great opportunity to learn a lot about Handball.
