This ought to be one of our greatest wins ever! Against such as a strong team, playing extremely defensively, and without Thomas Byron in the front and Stephen Atkinson in defence, WE STILL WON! Even greater, the win wasn't a lucky goal in a non-dominated game, the game was extremely even in statistics. Also, the winning goal was scored in the 11th minute by Albert Betts, an 18-year-old in his debut match for the U20's. We now sit in second place, only behind Poland, who beats us on the goals for count (we are tying on goal difference!). Essentially, I'm stoked and extremely surprised!

Unfortunate 3-0 loss to Germany, but it was to be expected. They definitely dominated the match and even when they went down to 10 men because of a red card, we matched them and got one too. We are still in a very good position and if we can get any points against England or Poland (unlikely), that would make it even better...
Sorry about not giving my manager's report on the Poland draw, which by the way was an excellent result (go team). We are now currently #41 in the world (I know right, amazing). Not sure if BronteFlynn can back me up, but this might be the highest placed the team has ever been? Anyway, we are in a really great position to qualify next season. We have really played quite well this season, with possibly the aid of a bit of luck, but nevertheless all round great performances.
We are now in an amazing, but vulnerable, 2nd place in the group, only 1 point behind Poland and 1 match away from having versed every team. I figured for next season, if we can beat Paraguay (defeated this season), Macedonia (same), and Venezuela (draw, but could've won), and possibly a win or a few draws against the big four (Poland-draw, Germany-loss, England-TBD, Norway-won), we could be in a prime position to qualify.
Don't get your hopes up to early, as there is much work still to be done, and this season is not yet finished. Next season's squad is nearly complete, but I only need 2 more central-defenders and 1 more central-midfielder. Any help here would be appreciated. Good luck to the U20's this Saturday against a tough England side (hey, if Iceland beat them, surely we can too).

Hey guys, unfortunate loss on the weekend, but not an unexpected result. We are now in 4th place after versing every team in our group. This is an excellent position, and I hope that I can keep up our form next season.
On a different note, I will be looking to continue into the second year of my manager term, so if you believe I did a good job this season, please vote to keep me as manager. Thanks

WHAT!? How did we tie with India?? We dominated so much, couldn't score, and didn't even get man of the match! Crazy...
Well that's a wrap on the season, all the best for the next.

Bad luck Maybe you would have tried the 3-5-2 alignment in the 2nd half
If I'm gonna be completely honest, I had no clue that the PPM Challenge Cup was now till about 30 minutes ago, otherwise I wouldn't have played very high against India. Sorry about that, but I still think we have a fighting chance to get into the playoffs here. I have refreshed the line-up, and there are a few more youngsters coming up into the starting 11 or substitutions in tonight's game against Lithuania.
It seems this has not been a wrap on the season!
