Actually I'll modify that to be:

HARD: Play 3 different 18-year-old players for full matches during the season.

The reason I say this is because there are some very strong 20 and 19-year-old players, so it might be tempting to not field many 18-year-old players for full matches. Of course, I'll probably sub in most of them at some point, if only in a friendly.

Since no more nominations can come in now, I can confirm that I will be the U20 manager for the next season at least! My focus is going to be on qualifying for the PPM Football Challenge Cup and fulfilling my three seasonal goals.

Hey, I have forseen an issue that may occur. I am away from this Saturday to next Sunday with definitely no Internet. This happens to be the first week of me being manager, of which I think I need to choose my 35 players for the season. I'm gonna contact PPM and see what I can do about it, but just so everyone knows...

It's only friendlies ... So you should be right to pick after.

I'm pretty sure you can keep adding players at any time in the season (i.e. you don't need to choose all 35 right now). Its just that once you add someone you can't remove them from the squad until the next season.

As long as you have 11 players for the next friendly (which you do), you will be fine.

If you want to dismiss anyone from the team, you have a time limit (2 weeks after the start of the season), so you might want to send a list of current 19 & 20 yr olds you do *not* want on the team to BrontFlynn. He seems pretty reasonable, and I am sure he will take them off the team for you.

If you desperately want a particular 18 yr old to play during the next friendly (to build chemistry, etc), I am sure, again, that BronteFlynn will add them if you ask!

I was just trying to say that the only thing with a strict time limit is dismissing any current players.

A big win to U20.... To be honest I forgot if it was me or Lawrence to sort them out, so we did play VH.... But that should help world rankings with a 2-0 win over Bulgaria.

Tomorrow night it's Australia U20 vs Ireland in the final friendly before Lawrence gets the next round of friendlies underway...
