I have a completely rewritten and easier spreadsheet to use and its very Google Docs friendly. I'm just testing it out and then adding some basic documentation to help use the tool. I will post here as soon as it is ready.
I'm much happier with this coming version. The key addition is that it uses a combination of your Qs and ratios to determine a rating from 1-100 for your best position so its much easier to tell you which ratios work best for the Qs of the player.
I moved away from the minimal attribute model as well. The current value of the highest ratio is used to calculate the desired attributes. Then you train up the ones that are lacking and then once the ratio is correct, train the primary atty to get a new set of goals.

Tested them with my roster, redid my practice schedules as a result and no all I have to do is create a blank template for you all to use (no I'm not sending out my full roster and super secret ratios). Link should be up later today or tomorrow.
OK, new spreadsheet is up on Google docs. I suggest making a private copy or download and use Excel/OpenOffice to maintain your own roster.

Oh one more thing, please add me as a friend in PPM if you use this. It will help me to know how many people are interested and motivate me for further changes and perhaps even a Soccer/Football version as well.

oh, one thing. The report page isn't showing the last 9 players in the table. I got lazy. So will only display the first 41 players. I'll update for the final 9 entries at some point down the line. In the meantime, shouldn't you sell some of your players?
Need to work on a version of this for soccer, but it looks like a nightmare to figure out ratios there.
I've looked at that and 5-3-2-1, but the 5 seems too expensive and big of a gap. So I'm back to 4-3-2-1 as well.
How can I copy this GoaQ DefQ OffQ ShoQ PasQ TecQ AgrQ easy from ppm.
I don't want to put this one by one in excel.
Thx.

until they add a export, you have no choice, sorry. Its painful, but once scouted the Qs don't change. For unscouted players they can change every week or two. However, you don't *have* to update Qs if you have decided which position to develop your player.
The Qs are really only needed for you to make the decision about what position the player is best suited for. If you want to ignore, just fill in any number in all the Q fields.
