bad abbreviations probably. For each of the calculations by attribute type, the OR is not an actual OR since any attributes with ratios set to 0 are ignored. So I think I meant for the ROR to mean ratio OR. So in the final set of numbers I calculate the ratio OR for the ideal key attribute and call that desired OR. Current OR is again a ratio OR, but based on the current player attributes for non-zero ratios and Pts needed is how far from ideal the player is. So if pts needed is <20 then a player can easily be trained to those ideal levels.
Best way is to download from the hosted site above. Then if you don't have Open Office, get from openoffice.org and you will have the complete functionality.
They describe it pretty completely in the thread, if you re-read it you can see what it's for.
Wow. Thanks for pointing out the obvious again Amigo. Im pretty sure I have read the threads before I posted that. I know it is meant to analyze player positions. I was just wondering if thats truly it. Thank You once again.
you should rename yourself 'teh Angry Onion'
and yes, the teh is deliberate. adds to the whole somehow...

It doesn't propose to be anything else. It needs some work, but its a starting point. Until we get an export function its not really viable because the amount of data entry is tedious from day-to-day. Especially when all of the quality ratings change for unscouted players.
