Nah. Maybe Pacioretty but Iginla at his prime was sometimes unstoppable. He had the speed and hands to always crash the net.
Van Riemsdyk is not bad at it too.

Pacio will soon be better than iginla since hes old
Better than Iginla NOW, no doubt about it. But Iginla could be his father (even if that would be mega-weird).
Better than Iginla was at his prime? I don't think so.
Anyway, back to topic, I also think that they need to put a hold on all those graphic improvements to a) develop a new sport, and/or b) improve the sports already in place.
Like almost everyone, i would rather play a better game without personalized GK gloves than a game with some major flaws, but with personalized gloves.

i just wish you could set different player types.. like current my 2nd line centre, who's been my 1st line centre the whole game until this season had really high off/pas/tec, but low shooting because i trained his ratios over shooting (shooting was lower than the other three). i was hoping that he would be the playmaker of the line, but instead.. he's my franchise leader in shots. not a good use of training here.. same with wingers, look at alex tanguay. he is an exceptional playmaker and a passer, but he losses most of the battles along the board. players like him would not work on ppm. or let's look at jordan staal. he's a great defensive centre, but if i were to train a centre to be like him in ppm, his training in def won't help the team at all
Are you sure that defence doesn't help forwards? From the guide:
"Defence: This attribute is used by all the players to stop the opponents from scoring by not letting them create scoring chances. It is used mainly by defensemen but it is also useful for forwards who need it in order to contribute to the defensive play of the team."

The guide says passing affects all players but my wingers dont seem to get much better...
its been debated on here, I always train a little bit of D for my forwards to be safe, same with passing for wingers, but there are other people who seem to be get along just fine without training those attributes.
I trained D on some on my forwards who have a high D quality. They have around 25% of their offence in defence and that really seems to help.
The correlation may not be perfect, but my best forwards in terms of +/- are the ones who have been trained in D.

No, 2nd and 3rd center, 2nd RW and 3rd RW.
In fact, my 2nd center led my team this years in points, but that's usual not the case.

I notice my worst players are the ones who stack the points against the garbage teams in my league. Kane Fear is second for my Dmen in +/- yet he is my worst player in exp and OVR. His name is the last thing keeping him in the line-up.
Would a World League benefit this game?
Instead of CWC, there would be a world league of the top teams.
It would remove the domination of the I.1 leagues by a couple of terms.

i could be wrong, but i recall canucks357 telling me def has no effect on forwards and att has no effect on def. for example, my number 1 defense has 80 att and 165 sho. his att and sho both have been the highest on my team thus far
this is the table, telling you points he's been getting
season // points/games played (in regular season)
10 // 17/35
9 // 31/33
8 // 15/35
7 // 20/38
6 // 12/30
5 // 26/36
his points have been bouncing between 20 for each seasons since he converted his position from wing to d. to me, his points seems to correlate with how much points his forward linemates are getting

point is, it's hard to tell whether att affects dmans and vice versa. his points total could be due to high shot (for my team defense)
But maybe his offence/att contributes to the forwards he plays with?
