How come the trainingsspeed of a player who does not play in a match varies? Nothing has changed for this player, yet he trained for 0.26 today and 0.3 yesterday. Just curious where this difference comes from.

scouting just gives you the exact number of qualities, nothing more 
Maybe this was answered before...but what are the most important skills for good freekick and corner kick?
shooting-passing-technique (as mentioned in the manual, under skills)
