I rather see that manegers have their little seacrets. If there will be shown too much than this will be like equation and you could calculate...
you can always change your tactictics, there is your advantage.
Yes you can, but some teams are best with specific tactics.
No team in real life can be on top if they would always play the same without any tricks from coach.
Chicago last season played the same style all year and won the cup.
Detroit did the same - won the cup.
Penguins... well, you get the point.

TB are you really comparing football to hockey?
My bad, got the 2 forums confused.
Saying that, ever seen Chelsea play this year? They play the same type of game, game in game out, and are consistent in both their style and their results.

Oh, I would agree with that--in football it's possible to always play the same style. In hockey, though, style changes throughout the game, even from shift to shift--there are many more specific roles for players at given times in a game.
I'd like to suggest to make player ratings more precise, instead of rounding it to one number. At the moment we have no way of seeing whether a player performs best as a left forward (upper left corner) or left forward (lower right corner), because his individual rating will be (very likely) exactly the same. If the ratings would go from, lets say, 0-100, a rating of 36 and 42 are clearly distinguishable. At the moment these would both show as 4, if i'm not mistaken.
please make it so that, when a line up has less than the required 11 players, first players from the bench are put on the pitch, instead of making the team play in a standard 4-4-2 line up.
This includes scenario's where a player who was on the field is sold, or if a player gets injured, or if the player is suspended, or if for some reason the manager fails to field 11 players.

The coach can also watch the match when playing away...so it make sense that you can monitor your game while playing away without kredits

From the guide:
'The Teamwork indicator is a combination of the right formation of players and their suitability for the position to which they are assigned.'
How are we supposed to figure out whether changing a position for a player (e.g. more offensive or defensive) is better in terms of suitability, when the team strength indicator is so rock steady that it doesn't visibly move!
I mean, make the team ratings and individual ratings 10 times stronger and at least we will be able to see whether things have a direct positive or negative influence on the ratings!

No need for that.
Make that player match rating is rating for performance in the match - not for they skills.
But guess what - they can't make that

If that will be implemented than we won't be able to see opponents weaknesses...
