Everything gone not very well and the team almost lost the chance of reaching the World Cup main stage.
While there are theoretical chances exists, we will play with main squard, then the next generation juniors (currenlty 16 years) will play.

Why would you select 17year players with a GV lower the 550? Then you can better select a 16 year player I think...or even maybe a 15 year old.

That is what I'm thinking about - to play for this season ony with 16 year old players. It has + and -.
Positive is, that we will have good chemistry and experience. Also wemay not think about results, it's a pity but position 3 is hard to reach.
Negative is, that among 16 years we haven't enough players. I mean not good players, but players at all.

Currently we have superstar PG Lejten, very good SG Homan, substitution for these positions is also OK. Other players SF, PF, Ce are too short.

As usually we have only 1 SF

Next generation 16 years old, there we have several good bigmans and very few guards.

I'm ready for discussions.

If you, managers, think that it is bettter to play with 16 years, I will follow you.

One more thing, which I can't understand since 2 seasons - why you trains your players independent of growth?!!!!
Many of you trains 185-190cm player as bigman. Such player will never be so tall as necesary.
Another managers trains 200-205 players as guards.

Thanks for your answers. I cann't speak for the other managers, but if I check the I.1 division, I see the 16year old players have a much more potential then the 17year old ones (a few exeptionals) I would go for the 16 year old players and make a really strong under 17 squad for the future.

I also don't understand the comment about length of the players, I train them according to the rules of PPM. The only thing is that if a player is 15 or even 16 it's not always possible to say how much he will grow in the next years.

It is almost possible to know players final high.

Use Excel and you will easely see players potential high and its future position.

Players grows finished in time between 18-19years. It means 15-17 players grows in any case.

First grows step is nearly half of his usual grows step. For example first +1cm was after 7 days. It means next +1cm will be after 14-15days. According this you can calculate players grows on end of 17years and on end of 19years. And get his most possible or even exact position

Example.
Player Jon Snow join to team on 5th day of season with 167cm. His fitst growth was on 6th day, second on 13th day, third on 12th day and so on.
5+6+13+12+13+12=61st day of season +5cm. End of season 167+5=172cm

Second season 16years. Next growth step in 13 days, but 9 of these 13 was in previous season.
4+12+13+12+13+12=66th day of season +6cm. End of season 172+6=178cm

Third season 17years. Next growth step also in 13 days, but 4 of these 13 was in previous season.
9+12+13+12+13=59th day of season +5cm. End of season 178+5=183cm

After 59th day he continious to grows, even it finished in next season, he will growth this +1cm.

Teoretically he can stop to grows at 18years, it means his minimal heigh is 184cm

4th season 18years. Next growth step in 12 days, but 11 of these 12 was in previous season.
1+12+13+12+13+12=63rd day of season +6cm. End of season 183+6=189cm

5th season 19years. Next growth step in 13 days, but 7 of these 13 was in previous season.
6+13+12+13+12+13=69th day of season +6cm. End of season 189+6=195cm

He can continue to growth for only +1cm. Teoretically his maximal heigh can be 196cm

Well, he will be 184 - 196. Position is clear SG

May be PG or SF but not sure. In any case not PF or Ce.
After scouting in 17 years Jon Snow's quantitys was 78-84-69-74-70-98-93 wery good for bigman.
How you will train this player?

As for me, right after his second growth on 17years, when I will see his possible position, I will sell him.
He is too short for bigman and too bad as SG.
