Just some letters changed after end of the draft. For example: initially scouts showed "B", but when the draft is finished (Saturday evening) the letter is changed to "C".

Players are rescouting/re-evaluating when they arive in the club. Because it is begining of the game your scouts are not good enough so that is normal
I'm talking not only about the players chosen by me. There is the rescouting/re-evaluating of all the players in draft list, on the basis of the current (saturday) level of your facilities and staff.
If I'm not wrong, once the draft is finished you can see the real level. As long as we still have poor facilities and staff, there can be some important diffences, compared to the scouts' reports...
I really thought you were going to have it: 60 teams should have been more than enough 
There was a rush on same IP creating several teams in some countries. Maybe that explains.
That's the point. It's not a real letters, every manager sees different. But they can be changed relative to the initial report of scouts.
Yes, that's it. Anyway, the manual already explains that reports accuracy depends on your facilities and staff...
I suppose all those teams were banned... so they should not be included in the profile of each country. Thus, the 60 clubs of Israel would be real... 
Maximum height of the player will be increased in the future? (>220)
