Hey anyone, im new here... where can I find someone to help me with being a mentor or a software to help me manage the team very well in the sport of hockey?
You can message myself or any of the other helpers whenever you want. There are lots of other very knowledgeable managers. If you look at some of the best teams in the USA and/or Canada they can help you as well. As always, feel free to post questions here in the forums as well.
LOL I admit, i wasn't being 100% serious in my reply, but yeah i do agree that the 4 atty def vs 3 atty forwards is out of balance.
If you're adding shooting, then it changes again, because i would never distribute shooting equally on defenders, so owuld give less points to shooting and more to the other 3 secondary attys.
Obviously, the goalie is the winner there because the goalie only ever needs 3 attys.

Yes but you have to give defender some shooting even if you don't want to give it like secondaries, and then other training suffers.

Yep. I do train shooting on my defenders, but often not as much as i do for forwards.
I'll train shooting all depending on Q if a def and a wing have the same Q i'll train them the same on shooting
Can you leave the tournament if your team has been accepted but tournament didn't start yet? By mistake signed up to tournament that will start next October.
wonders what happens to the tournament if half the teams become inactive by the time the tournament starts next october?

Tough to say, it's first season without combined club and NT energy. Before it was around 90, now let say 85...
depends how good your team is compared to the opposition and your preference for the playoffs.
If you have the best team in the league then you should have more energy. If your scraping for a playoff spot then whats the point of finishing with lots of energy but outside the playoffs. More sponsor money from crashing out in the playoffs and finishing 8th than fighting for 9-16th.
