What time is the draft exactly?
All I see is "2014-05-26 02:00:00"
I'm assuming that is the East coast time,
so 11pm Pacific on Sunday, correct?
or is it European time corresponding with the clock in the top left corner?

You need to set up your time zone so it displays the correct time for you. Click on your user name at the top right hand side of the screen, then choose Settings from the drop down menu.
The draft is at 8PM Eastern.
