Hi,
I assume that I will win your country's U20 for hockey since it appears nobody else entered the election. The team lacks a goalie. For ProPack holders, if you could, go to the Players menu and then Scouts. Under Scouts, there is a submenu called "Players Raised". This lists players that especially you have pulled from your Sports Academy and then cut. Some of these guys end up on decent teams and have a decent future. I can't see these guys but you can. Any information here would really help!
Thanks!

Hi. Good luck with the U20. I am sorry but mine is just 17 and haven't pulled usefull goalies for you.
Thanks to the fine GM's of Holland for voting me to be your U20 boss for the upcoming season! I really appreciate your trust with a non-Dutch national. With no goalie, it will obviously a very difficult season so I again urge ProPacker's to check their Players Raised section in the chance one of your throwaway's is still playing somewhere. I have checked the old draft boards and transfer wires and have found four players off the books that will make the team better this year but still, unfortunately, no goalies. I know you have two kids coming up next season so I plan to make this my usual three season stay in a job if you folks are willing to let me build. Thanks again and keep in touch if you have any questions/suggestions regarding the running of your team.
Just coming to the end of scouting and will make the final additions to the U20 team this week. Again, no goalie but we are working on a few things to try and make the team better anyways. As always, I totally respect the way each GM runs THEIR OWN team and I don't want to get involved in anyone's own way of doing things. Still, the PPM game has a built-on bias towards a 2:1:1 ratio for training players as in the following:
Center - Offenceass:Technique
Wing - Offence:Technique:Aggression
Defence - Defenceass:Aggression
What this means is that, for example, a center with 200 offence, 100 pass and 100 technique is training properly, with some shot points in there as well of course. For a winger, shooting is very important so a really good winger would be something like 200 offence, 100 pass, 100 technique and maybe 150 shot. Defence are defence 200, pass 100 and aggression 100, for example. Again, these are ideals. The reason I say this of course is because the better the club player, the better national player and working together between us only helps us all.
Thanks a lot for any cooperation!

Just a note on the second season with me at the head of your U20 team. 2-5 isn't great and I apologize for the screw-up in the opener against Bosnia. Still, we wouldn't have gone up. The team was competitive this season and we look forward to the two goalies turning 20 and leading the team next season.
Next season is the big one. We tentatively think we might get promotion. Either way, a big thanks to your fine nation and GM's for giving me the chance to play your guys. Look forward to staying in place so kindly vote Roedb on election day!
Thanks!
