Emnet: Training Camp

I'm an little confused about training camps.

How is the player trading attribute used for the sports directors? Does this setting override the normal coaches attribute or does it just add a bonus?

It just adds a bonus. You can see the training bonus in the training camp page at the top by where it says how many players you can send to the camp.
