After a quick check through the transfer histories of teams currently in league I.1, none of them seem to have purchased Mexican players since season 11 (when players that will be 20 as of next season were pulled). There was one Mexican player in the transfer history of the Bleeding Wildcats, but he was 20 and already on the Mexican U20 national team.
