I think that it's penalized because only have 3 midfielders and more bad than the other team. One in defensive and the sides players in offensive. He lose possession and oportunities.
The question is, if you have 3 midfielders with the same valoration of the other team and you put 4 forwards, 2 in the middle and 2 in the both sides. What happen? Is it penalized?

Are there any problems for shooting penalties?
I had 8 penalties in league, 4 of them were misses. 50% efficiency is way under any RL statistics which you like to mention when random event occurs.
If I add domestic cup games, thats 5 misses from 9 penalties.
Even if he were blind he would score more than half.
For all those smart comments about skills, please notice it is best striker in league, with best efficiency, but he cant hit penalty?????

same here.... probably because still no penalties for goalkeepers ?
it's pretty bad, you are right about that. Real-life average is about 75%. In Croatian top league the average is 67% right now. When I simulated the league in the simulator, it gave me 75.35% and I remember that when simulating this engine at the end of last season, the averages were spot on as well.

Why there is a limit of 111 substitutions and/or changing the player's positions?
I just made the tactics for Champions League game and I need to do a couple more changing the player's positions, but after entering 112th change it doesn't want to except the number of goals rule anymore...

111 substitutions ? Didn't know that Mourinho is playing PPM. 
Is just that i have feeling that my team is pretty often statistical devation on my expense.
I usually make around 20-50, but this time I needed even more than 111...
Well if first place in PPM needs that kind of sacrifice, I'll pass also.

Everyone plays this game as much as he likes. I really enjoy making those subs/changing player position. All of that I do to save some energy in games. Usually when I start a match on Normal importance or higher I need to save as much energy as I can, so I than start with some fringe players and some different tactics and if everything goes bad than I need to make a lot of changes (including subs and player repositioning on the pitch)...
