yep definitely sacrificing some energy that could cost me if I make the I.1 playoffs here. gonna try to win it all!

The way I figure it is that I am good enough to stay in league I.1 atleast for a few seasons. I'm NOT good enough to make it to one of the cups each year. So when I do make a cup I do what I have to to do well. I'm sure my energy is gonna be garbage by the end of the year and I probably won't make the playoffs but there is always next year. I may never make one of these cups again. I know its not smart money wise but I figured it was worth it. Granted I'm not doing that well in the cup so its a moot point.

I actually think this is the 1st time in a couple seasons we didn't have at least 1 team in one of these cups go inactive. I could be wrong but that seems to happen every year.

i agree with you. im taking advantage of the improbability that i made the champions league also, my low/low/normal play isn't really hurting me very much, especially because im bringing some backup players in and out of my lineup.

Yeah I just said that about the inactives, I am taking the same approach as you flyers, I'll probably never make another cup so lets give it to em. Get the coefficients high for the sake of the country.

Success in this game will be measured , not with goals and points, but with dental bills, units of blood, and hospital visits. Scoring chances will give way to simply crashing your goalie and I have payed my forth line center to throw his stick at your bench (at the coach preferable as he'll be without pads) in the third if were losing.

Hey guys, I think I've decided to not stick around this game any more. There's just too much to try to keep track of for me to do a good job, and I hate spending time on things I'm not invested enough to do a good job.

I'll start selling good players soon - if you have any one you are interested in, give me a shout out and I'll make sure I list him. I won't start for a week or so.

Everyday I seem to be less & lessinterested in this game since that start of the new season. These new changes make no sense. It seems star ratings are worthless to determine if your strong going into a match. I'm really just getting more fustrated and that not good considering my Propack is about to expire. I enjoy supporting the old game, not so sure about this new one.

I agree buddy. I lost today to an inferior team because my goalie decided to put up a 68% sp. That is just absolutely ridiculous. But I know I have also beaten teams I shouldn't have. This game is getting harder and harder to figure out.

I actually think I've figured out a pretty good scheme for games as far as tactics for my team. PP/PK tactics are great too. If you select the correct PP tactic against their PK then you have a really strong chance to beat the other team.

In addition, if you're losing games by allowing a lot of goals, you should think about "resting" your starting goalie so his cold streak stops. The new system pretty much requires teams to have a fairly decent backup.
