Nyt kun hyppäsin tähän U18 joukkueen puikkoihin hiukan yllättäen, niin en ole ikäluokan pelaajia kerennyt skouttaamaan kovin laajalti. Hiukan apuja kaivataan. Jos joukkueessasi on pelaaja, joka saattaisi olla maajokkueeseen sopiva enkä ole vielä häntä löytänyt, niin ilmoitelkaa minulle. Kiitos.

After observing the other LDs, I do not understand the replacement of Hogman in the workforce.

Matveinen & Pittinen are better, but I believe Högman will give better line strength than Tuomenvirta or Leru

I train players for many NT, and for many years and a lot for France in particular, and if France performs so well it is also because the managers do not disperse the agreement and arrive at each WC with the agreement maximum for the 4 incumbent lines.
When in training, put end to end, the small bonuses of each match represent the equivalent of a 3rd training camp (i.e. 15/25 more TC points).

I'm not looking for the best lineup for today when I build my national team.
I'm looking for how the players develop in the long run. For the best U18 team Högman would be in the lineup because of his experience, but for the future Leru and Tuomenvirta both look better because they're 6/6 + Leru's overall talent is a little better. Tuomenvirta also has the ability to play both sides so that's a small advantage for him. All of these players play in a team that trains players for national teams.
Nothing against Högman and the marginals are really small here. But as for now he is the no.5 LD in the team.

If I understand correctly, for you the u18s are used to prepare the future of the u20s and the A. It's a difference with France where our managers seek performance from the u18s.

By small marginals I ment that there’s many players that compete for the final places on the team and the differences are small between them. So it’s a matter of preferences and mine is to give the best support I can for the seniorteam. Sorry if I explained it poorly.

Ei valitettavasti ole mitään saumaa. Pitäisi noin 100 pinnaa korkeampi KKO tässä vaiheessa kautta 16v pelaajalla, että olisi edes seurannassa. Joukkueesi harjoittelutilat eivät myöskään mahdollista riittävän korkeaa taitojen nousua läpi kauden (ja seuraavan).

Katson kyllä markkinat päivittäin josko pelaajia on siirtymässä paremmat harjoitustilat omaavaan joukkueeseen, mutta harvoin siitäkään on enää apua jos pelaaja on yli 15v.
