Thank you for the votes. We will do everything to make the season as successful as possible. Manager Kalores will be my assistant.
I don't have much time at the moment, so I'm focusing on the most important things now. Checking players training and contacting their owners. When I have this done, I will prepare more information here in the forum.

Thank you for your activity and interest in our U18 national team.
Best of luck for the new season!

I contacted most of the player's owners, if not you, I'll write to you soon.
There are still enough of teams in Finland that can educate players. I am convinced that if it works well, the U18 team can win a medal from time to time.
Most things like monitoring players training, improving the harmony of tactics, monitoring the market is my job.
But it would help the team if the players had more experience and I won't do much with it myself. Therefore, it would be good when a fifteen-year-old player with potential for the Finnish senior national team comes to your team, and dosn't play matches with you, to sell such a player. If he's really good, chances are he'll be bought by a team that plays with young players (like my team). If not, there is still a good chance that a team with full facilities will buy him.
Experiencies are important (100exp = + 10%). The player may be the most talented in his year, but if he dosn't gain experiencies, he will never get into the senior team.
In my team, I play every match on very high importance, three formations with time on ice 45-40-15. So the players who play in my team will gain experience right from a young age. There are plenty of teams like mine at PPM and would like to get as many Finnish players as possible into these teams. I understand that it's hard to get rid of a young, talented player, but if he doesn't play matches on your team, he still loses the potential for the best players.

Tonight or tomorrow I will publish my list of Finnish U15 players here. So far, I have only researched eleven U15 players, but I continue to research and publish my list here from time to time.

We look forward to the list and the performance of our youngest national team with serious interest and pleasure. I agree - experience is what makes a good NT player. I have scouted almost all promising young Finns recently, and too bad some of those who might have been useful for our U20 team had zero experience. Please everybody, let them play at least all the friendly matches!

This season, in addition to Finnish U17 players, I am also scouting U15 players. So far I have scouted only twelve fifteen-years-old players. My U16 and U17 list could be more interesting for you, but I don't want to show that to our opponents.
I will give U15 here regularly. Next time with my better scouting, it will be more interesting.

Hello.
I apologize for this season. I wanted to do a lot more. Unfortunately, I stopped enjoying the game and I need to take a break from it for one maybe two seasons. During this time, I will only log in to the game once in a while.
At least we managed to win Division I. That was the most important thing.
I will be happy to help the new manager add new players to the team. If he needs to.
That's all from me, but sometime in the future maybe I will come back again.
