Can't be deleted, a team must remain in the league. They go managerless.
I don't see any reason to drop them to the bottom level. Managerless, named teams will eventually drop to the bottom 2 leagues via relegation and become NoNs.
I don't think promoting teams to replace managerless teams in upper divisions is fair to those teams that earn the right to promote.

Exactly. PPM actually did that a few seasons back.. dropped the nonames down and gave people free passes to the higher leagues, and it made a vast majority of people in those higher leagues very angry. Most of us worked hard to get promoted multiple times, to see people get given free promotion... that'd just make us angry.
That said, you're right... noname teams will drop down naturally anyway. Maybe PPM just need to increase the number of teams who get promoted / relegated.

I actually like the current system because it means many teams stay in the division for multiple seasons thereby building up friendships and rivalries.
Besides rushing people into upper divisions just means more teams will relegate after a single season because they are nowhere near prepared enough to compete at the higher levels.
As it is now, those teams that don't promote have to improve enough to continue beating the teams that they have been playing with and face the additional challenge of defeating the team(s) that relegate (assuming the are not NoNs).
In order to have more teams promote/relegate you have to widen the league structure and many countries, the US included just don't have enough teams to make this viable.

That's a very good point. In that case the way it is works best.
i am talking moreover about nonames of second-last level, where last level is not fully-builded.. in ex, in italy there are only 22 IV divisions, so in last III divisions there are no relegation, i can arrive 22th losing with bots, but you cannot be relegated in IV... instead there are alot of active users in various IV division but only 2 promotion par season, of course.
and about relegation sistem of second-last level, something should be don, is really non-sense and it would be very easy to fix it, somehow

i have a idea! just like the real life a world cup for clubs... for all champions league winners and (continental) cup winners.
maybe in the last week of the season when there are no official matches?
and maybe it's an idea to start more leagues?
you could put wales and north-ireland (the 2 small united kingdom country's) under the name of great-brittain or united kingdom and albany and japan has so many teams that you could make there own leagues? and maybe there are more country's who has enough teams for an own league...
it makes the champions league more interesting because there are more different country's.

For substitutions is it intented for players who get in, that it doesnt say on witch place does he go? I gues this should be written in match report.
Not neccecery, you can change his position (you can change your CD with CF or something like that).
If i understood correctly you ment that from above.
If you ment, that they go to whatever place you just set them to go, than you have to know that. If you are looking at match reports from some days ago, or from another manager, you dont know where they went (i forgot if its from some days ago, or i just dont know - from another manager).

Ahhh true, but what another manager does with their players is their business. I mean, in real life what other managers do is not exactly public info.. it's there if you look for it, but it's not a given.
