We would like to be able to find a list of the last new users in a country

WHY?

we want to set up a mentorsystem for our country, in order to keep new guys interested, and hopefully attract new users

is there a way already ?

if not, please add something like this, would help the community a lot!

Browsing the market by country, there are plenty of countries and it becomes tedious - and probably issues a little more strain on the server (I would think.)

Perhaps it may be a good idea to wrap up all of the countries that don't have their own league hierarchies (i.e. Other World) and have an Other World option to choose from? Choosing Other World as the country would then select players only from countries that would be placed in Other World.

This would also have the added benefit of reducing the size of the market page by the associated reduction in the amount of select options in the country drop down box.

Thoughts?

Also when searching the market, you can choose the preferred side for player (R,L or U). Would it be possible to have a negative on this ie, Not Right, therefore showing all player who can play Left.

Yep is a good one, I proposed it about 6 months ago Vlady said he'd check with the dev team. My other suggestions revolved around using checkboxes or a selection list as opposed to a drop down for choosing multiple staff members, etc.

That already exists. If you search left side player, it gives you L&U players, and right side search gives you R&U. U search gives you only U players.
