then the expirience level needed to vote needs to be increased also...
it is set to 51 because especially in the smaller countries it would be hard to find candidates otherwise. We don't want a situation where there would be nobody to be elected.

Please forgive me for not completely reading a topic I haven't followed at all. Due to that this has probably been mentioned before.
I have a simple request regarding all sports.
Tactics and line-up pages tend to close fairly early before the game actually takes place. This is understandable of course and that is by no means the point. Especially in Basketball where you can have 3 meaningful games in a single day, it becomes mandatory to plan your schedule carefully and actually you only have two choices to do exactly that. Whether you plan your tactics and line-ups for the upcoming fixtures beforehand by making 2-3 different default tactics and line-ups per sport depending on the type of the fixture (you still have to do the changes every single day), or you log in up to 15 times a day to make it to the thin timeline you've got between games to actually be able to change the tactic. Either way, it has become fairly difficult to keep it within rational means for the players playing several sports. And of course with their minds set to really use a different tactic every time, as mine.
Again, both are acceptable. It would just make things a lot easier if we could see the open/closed times easier. This is a suggestion board so I should probably bring in one - let's say, a timer of some kind. It could show the time you have actually left before your changes are forever gone because of a game of another type just locked it before you could press the save button. Or something completely else to avoid this same issue. I hope you got the point.
Now before pressing Send - I can't help but wondering if I could have said it all by simply putting "Plz let me know if all my changes will become obsolete if I don't act now?!?!". Then again I would really enjoy hearing even better ideas too to tackle this, maybe something with remembering the tactic for each opponent or perhaps to be able to really set the tactic for each game - not just to select one from the ready-mades.

In my world the thing to choice the best tactics against the opponent one of the most intresting things, with the chemistry % on it... all fail, its not funny !

I destroyed my hockey team because the new thing with %... and I know more managers in Sweden think thats the worst thing PPM inplante !

Yes, I also hate this! Now you can use only 1 and later 2 max 3 tactics out of 6! Just for that chimistry % and you can only train about half tactics for usage

I like it.. with chemistry you have to think instead of choosing a random tactic for the next game.. because you opponent also chooses a random tactic.
You can see what happens in Handball where every manager changes the tactics for every game and between 1st and 2nd half..

I understand your point, but do you know how big is the influence of this chemistry?
No I dont.... and thats I thing who bothers me.. I will think 100% is really high

I don't know either, but I would like to think that in that case chances are 50/50.
