All know about this point of elections:
"To be a candidate you need to have manager experience of at least 51."
I consider that it isn't correct to allow the unexperienced manager to the national team... Just in my country such situation
The project develops..There is a lot of skilled managers..
Therefore my offer consists in that to increase these terms not less than 551 day

That problem isn't about the condition that is set...if people have wanted it, they would vote for a expirienced candidate...I know there are many people that would like expirienced manager like you wanted, but it isn't the conditions fault an unexpirienced manager has been elected :/
First I not mean myself! and Secondly I don't speak that it is a mistake, I meant that there are managers who at all have no idea in game as as, and want to become at once coaches of the national teams when at you in the country very much managers who understand something
If a manager with 1000 expirience and 51 expirience apply for a national team manager position and the one with 51 expirience wins the elections it's that country communitys fault and not "the 51 days rule"
I don't accuse community, simply I wouldn't vote for the manager who plays 51 days and can't still answer such questions as:
1) What can you offer the national team?
2) What plans for the future?
3) What will you do for national team development?

then explain as such managers can collect votes on elections?
