I had a thread up but it appears to have been removed. Anyway I checked 3.10 today as it was next to populate with newbie managers. ROFL
As I noted previously the average OR was changed recently to 208 OR average for new teams. That's over 80 points more on average than previous newbies recieved. Well folks you "ain't" seen nothing yet. Take a look at the 4 teams in division 3.10 that populated in the last 24 hours. You'll need to copy and paste the links below or go to 3.10 and check the 4 teams with pro(flag) they're all newbies.
Hold on to your hats.... these teams have a 270 OR average per player. ROFL I'm not kidding! That's 150 OR per player difference from 1 month ago per player for new managers starting out! And I put money into this game? hehehe
I think this whole approach flawed as I mentioned in the other thread but won't repeat myself. But this new team OR is completely out of left field IMHO. Cannot see how this has a chance of being successful. A few teams populated in divisions 3.1-3 also have this 270OR average also. They populated a couple weeks ago!
Might be the devs have a programming issue and the 270 OR perhaps is not intended. But it sure isn't the right idea IMHO.
If this is strictly about money I'd suggest looking at propagation techniques used mid way through season 3. I've noticed a fair number of people who joined PPM then have pro now basically 4 seasons later. Check Division 3.1 as an example. What PPM was doing then seemed to have some success IMHO.
