Hi,
Guide says that ¨ If you have the pull the goalie option turned on, your team will take this step, if there is less than 2 minutes left in regulation and your team is one goal behind. You will thus have an extra attacker on the ice and a bigger chance to score an equalizer."
My question is who is the extra attacker ? If it's your line 1 on the ice, the attacker is from your line 2 ? And who is that ? R winger, L winger, center ?
Thanks by advance

Anecdotally, from what I've seen in game summaries/live broadcasts, it's usually C1, but my guess it is the top Off player who isn't on the ice.
Today I scored with the empty net and my Number 1 line was out. My C2 was the extra man, because he has a different +/- than any other player on his line.
He's also the highest rated offensive guy that wasn't on the ice, so what PMullings said is probably correct.

It makes sense since the primary attribute is the only factor for auto-lines and it would make sense to put an offensive player out where trying to score.
