To follow up on that... could you explain to me how each attribute actually impacts the games? Like you say that Technique helps cut down on penalties. What do the other attributes do?

That's the main one. Shooting should be self explanatory. Basically stick to the guide plus tech for D and shooting (to some extent) for all but Goalies.

I thought that revenue from friendly games was supposed to be split between the teams. But I got no money yesterday from an away game.

For those who haven't read the news today, our Division III and IV leagues will see some regrouping this offseason.

That means that teams in the two lowest tiers will be regrouped to smaller number of leagues to eliminate noname teams. Some teams may be promoted because of this. Today is the academy pull in Hockey. Does anyone know, if a Sporting Director has 1 day left on his contract, will he still be used during the calculations or not?

Only if you pull your players in those 30 minute which divide player arrival and staff departure.

Not 100% sure though.

It appears new players/staff would come at the beginning of those 30 minutes and contracts are looked at at the end of the 30 minutes. If you view the new players in that time, I think he would be used. Also not 100% sure.

I have a question. With a level 13 sports academy and Youth training efficiency at 80%, I haven't pulled a single potential future player in 133 days. My question is: What is the purpose of a sports academy?

I've only gotten lucky at the end of the season. Other then that I'm in the same boat as you (pulled a bunch of duds) but no where near the facility level though.

You know whats funny? This season i didnt have any Sport Directors, and with my level 10 SPA, i was able to pull defender which i sold recently for 22M. And last week i also pulled very good winger for the future.

it gives you a greater chance to find a really talented player and it gives the players higher OR to start with. It also increases your training camp capacity and efficiency.

If you think it's not worth the invested money, feel free to demolish a few levels.
