I asked that question back in December when they announced the server splitting/upcoming soccer beta and got this reply:

every sport has own one, how would it be possible to develop if it would not be supported by PRO?

Thats going to cause some issues with the existing design because on my manager page it shows "Your teams".
But I'm sure thats an issue that is easily addressed. Because of the one team per user rule, they can assign the pro license to the team rather than the manager, or have flags to indicate which Pro packs have been purchased by the manager.

Answer in short is your bang on. Level 1 = 1%, level 2 and up 2% per level plus custodian influence you can see on facility page and security on arena on arena page obviously. Also info for each staff on staff page also. I know you know all this, just for others reading it.
I never really noticed how effective my custodians were -- I just trained them up figuring they might get more useful as time goes on and the percentage of savings translates into more money.
But right now I did the math, and with my measly Lv5 MC, the 16% effectiveness of both specialties of custodians (arena and facilities) translates into... about 600 per day in savings.
I'm paying both guys 1030 per day combined, and the cheaper one's contract will be up next month.
Bugger. I'm sure at really high levels I'll see savings, but for now, not so much haha.

Not sure I understand player training. My backup goalie had a training session of +0.09 yet he bumped up a level in one day. He was a 21Q61 Goa before the session.
How can I tell how much training is necessary to bump up an attribute by one point?

If you look at the player page it will show a .82 on it - that means that it needs .18 more to pop a level - in your case you needed less than .09 to pop a level - each 1.00 of training gets you another point.
Dig?

But I just started training and I believe he was at 0.00 but I guess I could have been wrong. I'll check some others, thanks for the info.
make the most of it, play every game on high intensity
Setting practice to "n/a" for all your players should help also.
And change your avatar, because from distance and first glance it looks like mummified cat or another dead animal.
I would tell your players who is in charge. Take control and make sure that they can tally 17 results in 15 matches, also make sure to post about all your players personal successes that somehow don't make it into the stat reporting on PPM.
These will make you a successful person.

so it IS a bird. I thought it was a dissected or road-killed toad or something...but I probably need glasses.
