I should clarify too, I'm not disputing that marketing affects sales, only saying that this is the first I've heard of the connection which is why I didn't mention it in my original post. And that the particular section of the guide i read didn't mention it. That doesn't mean its not mentioned elsewhere or hasn't been confirmed by Vlady, it very well may have been.

And since we are getting new members asking questions I can't reiterate enough that one thing I think all winning managers do is to constantly go back to the guide and re-read it.

Kept 3 of 4 pulls. One 4 star Coach. A 3 star lecturer and a high OR manager to sell. Not bad. I'll take it.

I got a horrible manager, but I guess thats to be expected, hired him anyways cause probably better than nothing.

I got 3 guys, a coach (31OR) physician (32OR) and a Sports Director (32OR). All of them 3 and a half stars. Declined all of them.

Very bad. Not quality, not good OR. I hope for week it ll be better. Its more important I think
