So when buying/training players what ratios should u use.

Is there a best formation to have?

Easiest way to get the formula's is to go scout out some of the NT senior players and just do the math to get the proper %'s. Then tweek to your style. Try it out and post the ratio's that you think should be used for a few positions and then I will post some of what I am using and a few more will chime in.

There is not really a formation that is best in all situations.

Generally, a defensive formation against better teams and a more offensive formation against weaker teams is best.

A third forward probably doesn't help too much. Side forwards aren't too popular - you would need to train them differently than center forwards as well.

You also want to consider the strengths and weaknesses of your team and the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent's team.

A popular default is 4-4-2 diamond (1 defender on each side, 2 center defenders, 1 midfielder on each side, 1 center midfielder closer to the defense, 1 center midfielder closer to the offense, and 2 center forwards).

So for my media sponsor I had a 1,2,2 stars offers. So if I don't select the third 2 star option will it force me into a new one or just give me my 3rd one?

If you don't accept the 3rd one, you will be assigned a completely different one tomorrow.

Chances the different one will be better then 1 or 2 stars....anyone?

60% chance it will be 3-5. Never select a 1 or 2 star offer, it's always better to wait for a new one.
