Each position has best skill proportions which determines Rating value as for individual player.
Uwaga, i guess,every position has another formula to calculate, but I'm curiuos if anyone know how excatly it works
Shooting and Blocking is not included in rating. Correctly trained player in each position gives base Rating. 100% Chemistry gives 10% base Rating boost. 100experience gives 10% base Rating boost. 1%/1xp=0,1%

it is pretty trash when you play vs inactive team which have 400 seat arena and you get almost zero oney from tickets...
