Not just layups and dunks, but also normal shots very close to the basket and in the paint. Depending on your formation and offensive settings it could apply to your entire team. Players are more aggressive up close to the net so it could lead to your team committing more fouls.
You should also work on player rebounding animation and even maybe assist animation. Maybe TO trow away ball. Maybe all kind of statistic animation. Not like in hocky if it's hard to make it work, but just short animations.
Also need to show jump shoot first, than 1 sec and only than put points on the scoreborde. Yeah and shoot before text, so we can watch ir first than read.
What about PG positon? I think its to low % for them on scoring. They use to miss more than make. Maybe tall defenders diference is to high for them. But they have a lot of shoots and trick to beat big guys with speed and qickness as well. I don't now.

What is average quality of the player? How it contribute to the overall performace / development / attributes ? Thank you!
Yep, I read that particular part at least 3 times, but still I don't understant the concept of AVQ. Could you please explain it in short?
I'm not sure I could explain it any better than this sentence from the guide:
"The quality of the attribute determines the ability of a player to improve the given skill."

Every attribute (shooting, blocking, passing etc.) has a quality which determines how fast that attribute can improve. Average quality is the average of all qualities that player has.
Average quality itself has no effect on anything but the individual qualities of each attributes does. AVQ only describes how talented the player is overall but in my opinion you shouldn't pay any attention on it. The qualities of players' important attributes are what matters when you try to figure out how that player will improve.

It shows the average of all the different qualities.

Nope, from the guide also, the given player quality of attributes is 64+62+99+63+46+66+53=453. Dividing that by 7 equals to 65, not 75.
