I had lvl 15 human resources and economic department + 100% scouting efficiency. --> 100% accurate estimate on market.
One of my scouter retired, but I replaced him very soon with a scouter with the same value (100% scouting).
But now, I cant see the values of the quality of attributes of players on market perfectly accurate, just like I did before.
Is it a bug, or I just have to wait until next week to update?

that depends if you had him on duty when the update was made. if not, then you have to wait for the next update.
Its a daily or weekly (monday) update?
If it should be daily, then its not working perfectly for me.

I am still not seeing it 100% accurate. 
Well, it turned out to be a bug, because my scouting accurate is still not perpect.
I asked a programmer to check it out.
he says that scout estimates update once every 2 weeks. Next update is on June 21.

I dont know its intended or bug, but I report it nonetheless.
Also, this is not the first time I encounter with it just was busy with other (irl) things, my bad.

So, this player of mine didnt play any sec/min in my club yesterday.

Still, when I checked his actual energy yesterday evening, I found out this:
prnt.sc/fsx5x7
91/97 instead of 97/97???
He was playing in U17 National Team, tho, but I thought they have different energy bar... club and NT are not affected by each other. Am I wrong?

current energy is shared. seasonal energy is separate
