I doubt it will start next season, we would have heard news about it. I would suspect a soccer NT before we could expect a WJC...
well only 15 players on the team right now are under 20, and next season, there'll be 7 under 20. i also remember reading that there isn't a wjc yet because most of the players on wch are already under 20. idk, i think it'd be nice to implement it next season
like wjc can be a team for prospects
and wch can be a team for skilled players only

Managing both NT teams effectively will be a great challenges so that they complement each other...
Ladies and gentlemen (mostly ladies),
First off, I'd like to thank themightyoil for the opportunity to act as assistant manager for the national team this week. It's been a lot of fun checking out the players and setting a new lineup. I poured over it and I hope it is successful. I'll release the official starting lineup sometime tomorrow.
Secondly, I'd like to introduce you to Jared Pass, a 15 yr old, 6/6, 292OR Canadian who I just purchased for the low low price of 24.5million ppm bucks.

My facilities aren't good enough to compete with you I.1 alpha dogs, but I think this kid is long-term National Team material regardless.

Barring injuries, the lineup for Saturday's game is as follows:
Fortin - Fenwick(C) - Marker; Thatcher - Parent
Warren - McKenzie(A) - Whitton; Cox - Stuart
Bent - Fotiadis - Dublin; Holsworth(A) - Gage
Showler - Slater - Grayson; Dubois - Seaman
Ludlam and Martindale will be in net.
This is a chemistry building game, but one I still think we can win. Go Canada!

it's okay
we werent really supposed to win with that lineup

I definatly think we should start to Play a "forechecking" style of game . All thé top teams in Canada are doing this so it must mean they are training their players to play this type of game.
I agree too. I have some pretty gnarly wingers. Even when teams run offensive I tend to do better than I should. At least with Tierney in net we don't have to worry as much about giving up too many chances. We have good shooting too. I like that idea. Perhaps we shall discuss this privately with themightyoil
Good catch there. My team also tend to perform better with active forechecking
Don't have his numbers. What is his Def/Off/Shot/Pass/Tech/Agr ratio? He could be a great 4th line banger
