Тэма: How does the draft work?

Hi all,

Can anyone out there shed light on how the draft is set up? In the latest one, a team in my league had five picks when I had two, and much better teams had much higher placements.

This seems a bit baffling...

I think the number of picks related to level of sports academy... Can't remember how the order is determined though.

How I understood:
Before draft you scout players from list to know their level A+, A, B, C etc. and sort the drafting players list as you want to choose in priorities.
When draft starts, you will be in queue - if nobody picks player you want, then you get him. I am right?
