Exactly.

Example: I start the game on normal intensity.

If I'm winning by 10-25, I want to switch to low intensity. If I'm winning by 26-40, I want to switch to VL intensity.

So... it is a problem.

You can do such tactics in other sports, but not in basketball.

I think his point was that they have a separate section for each tactical option for "losing by..." and "winning by..." so there would be no need to set tactics for when you're winning off the losing column.

Unless of course you wanted to do something like Losing by -6 to 12.

I want to be able to use two conditions for "winning by" or "losing by." In the other sports you can do this.

Consider the following two examples:
1)
I'm playing a team that I SHOULD be able to beat. In this case, I'm not concerned about losing, so I want to focus on what my team does when they're winning.

So I start the game on NORMAL intensity.

If I'm winning by 10 to 20 points, I want to be able to reduce my energy expenditure, but maybe I'm worried about a comeback, so I since the game is still "close," maybe I want to reduce to Low instead of VL.

If I were instead winning by 30 points, maybe I'm comfortable enough with dropping to VL. So in that case I would have it set so that if winning by more than 20 points, I switch to VL.

I can accomplish this by setting the "if losing by" condition to "-10 to -20," and setting "if winning by" to "21 to 99."

The same principle could go the other way.

Maybe I'm playing a really tough team. If I'm "close" to them, I want to play harder, but if they are kicking my ass, I want to conserve energy.

In this instance, maybe I want to set "if winning" to a negative number.

So perhaps I would set "if winning by" condition to "-5 to -15." For this condition, I would increase my starting intensity from Normal to High.

But if I'm getting blown out, I don't want to be wasting energy on High. So I want to set the condition so that if I'm losing by more than 15, I give up. This would be "losing by 16 to 99."

So in this instance, I would have "if winning by" condition set to "-5 to -15" and the "if losing by" condition set to "16 to 99."

Actually that's what I was getting at with my last sentence. I simply didn't flesh it out because I was on my phone. I've tried that in soccer (because they say you can in the guide) and the game never followed my settings.

Really? I've had success using negative numbers in other sports...

It won't follow if yo overlap the numbers. If you say for instance 0 to -20 and 10 to 99 it confuses things. Make sure you don't overlap.

Ok I have an actual suggestion. Why don't they put a a check box instead of of a scout player button on draftees? It is a pain to wait on each one when you click it. Just check the boxes and update all at once.

I second that. It's especially annoying when you have to do it on mobile.

Give countries that have a low amount of active teams less feeder leagues.

Talking Handball here. In watching real handball, I don't see players going in and out willy nilly between offense and defense so why is it allowed in PPM? Why not penalize it like non substitution is penalized in basketball? After all we are supposed to be playing Handball and not some bastardization of it.

I could be wrong, but aren't subs in handball handled similar to hockey and/or lacrosse? whereby players can sub in and out "on the fly?"

just because you saw a game where players didn't really sub doesn't mean that they don't (or can't) do it right?

consider how often you actually see hockey players sub in/out of the game during a television broadcast. most times it's very quick, and it almost always takes place "off-screen."

It is legal but the rules state players have to be in designated areas. Changing on the fly enmasse would not be good. Also only 12 people dress for a game. 6 on court plus a goalie and 5 subs with one a goalie.

I don't think this idea has yet been posted in this thread, but some sort of loan system, where the more advanced teams could loan prospects that wouldn't otherwise play for a season to a newer team for a small fee, could be a great feature.
