What are peoples views on 'tanking', i.e. getting to the big game and then fielding a much weakened side in order to lose and not get promoted?
I feel that it is against the spirit of the game and have noted it happening a few times.
How does anybody else feel about it?

I'm strongly against it. I feel sorry for the teams that want to promote but keep getting eliminated from the guilty parties in the quarter/semi finals. It spoils the game for others.
Im generally against it, however I think the game kind of encourages it in smaller nations like ours. The difference between leagues is massive - take a look at Scuffs Swordfish who started at the same time as me and promoted to i.1 last season to see the difference in level between i and ii.
Honestly though if you want to camp in a lower level id think it polite to lose by enough positions that people who do want to promote can do so.

this is an error you cannot avoid, because it's not reality game, that's my opinion but of course i'm against it
It is shear stupidity, when I play, irrelevant of simulation or RL, I play to win, the buzz I get is from winning.
