This season WC was very unlucky for your team, yet I see some potential in it. Thus I will gladly offer you my experience with leading both my own team (2 times champion) and Czech national team that won gold medal at 2nd WC - season five.

If you gave me your trust I will do my best to succeed at following WC and the medal would be the goal. For that I would like to closely cooperate with your community so I would choose an assistant of head coach who speaks Belarussian / Russian. If I did not find anyone willing to help, I still have a real-life friend who comes from Belarus who would help me with that. Her name is Katarina

У гэтым сезоне туалет быў вельмі няўдалы для сваёй каманды, але я бачу некаторыя патэнцыйныя ў ім. I can say that the chpice of tactics has always been my strenght, by precise selection the small miracles can be done

honestly, I was too sorry to see the change of goalies in your quarterfinals, that mistake cost you the chance of playing for the medals; I will most definitely avoid this sort of mistakes
