I got nothing for a long time now and I am in doubt about expanding SA. I spend a lot of time on the market but can't find much or it is expensive.
Ya I noticed that too. Everything is sub-300 OR or way too much money. I've stopped investing in my SA. I'm going to pop training level 14 then run with my stadium for a bit.
I don't know how SA works but it should be tied to SA level + Current Division. I know it's a big lottery but every divisions should have a set OR range like let say I.1 is 250 to 450 + 50 to 95 Q then add bonus regarding to SA level + staff. Teams will still have some lowly rated players but should have once in a while a gem that keeps them afloat in the long term.
OR is based on SA level not league level - which is fine. invest the money get a return. There is a distribution... you won't get 300OR every time. However I constantly get way down at the shitty end of the distribution. Max 208OR in 3 players with lvl 12!?!?! Ahhhhh dear.
