U-18 defensive players shooting attribute is way too low. I encourage U.S managers to train their player shooting. Its not even 4 to 1 ratio.
OK, I started working on developing shooting for my guys.
Wes Cleveland what would be best to train for this guy? passQ: 64; techQ: 90; agrQ: 66. He has 92 quality in defence but I don't know if that is useful?
Actually, our top 2 lines' shooting wasn't too bad comparatively to Spain, a top division team (whereas we are one lower, at I). But the dropoff was rough after that at some points. I am overall satisfied with the performance as a start, and I agree with outsider that shooting should be trained a little higher. I haven't noticed, all things being equal, a whole lot more goals from it, but it can't hurt to get the shots on, and to have a better chance when they do. I also welcome any potential comments, critiques, or complaints.
I train all my guys primary 100 secondary 80 secondary 50 and fill in the other stuff as I go. It seems that no one goes by that, they all use the 2-1-1-1 method. My team has done well with the 100-80-50 method.
Sorry this might sound stupid, since I have benn playing the game almost since the beginning, but what is the 4th? I thought there is 1 primary and 2 secondary skills. (Unless the 4th skill is shooting)
Awesome man. I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression; national team players are ultimately the individual manager's players, and so I won't tell anyone what to do. Just some suggestions--welcome to be given by anyone and everyone.
I think that's how he's thinking of it, with the extra "2" as shooting.
Ok, but that guy is a forward.... With Offence Q 99, I just mentioned the defense since he has good quality. But I've never trained def. to forwards. Sorry for the confusion
