Im also planning arena upgrade and if I counted correctly, the last day to start building 2-floor multifunctional is monday 15.3. if I want to get skybox ready for it before next seasons leasing offers. But I still am not sure what to do about it, I guess I will miss it because just can´t decide

The contracts will be renewed, not extended.

You already have a skybox so you're getting money from comanies but managers who haven't build it yet doesn't get that money. That means you have an advantage over the managers who haven't yet built their skyboxes.

When you build a skybox, you'll get an automatic contract until the end of the season. The first time you can choose which offer you accept should be at the end of the next season, I think.

Building a skybox to lvl7 stand costs only 1 260 000 and daily costs are only 2520 per day. The outcomes are related to costs so skyboxes won't make you rich in one night. They'll pay themselves out in couple seasons.


@santar: There won't be leasing offers for next season. They can't make it ready on time. There's more info about it in the last hockey news.

Yes I see. I got an impresson that there will be no leasing offers at the end of this season (which are for next season). But I thought they might get it ready before the end of next season (season 4), so there would be offers for season 5. 2-floor multifunctional takes one season to build anyways

any downsides in building a multi level super dude section in a stadion when other sections are still on start level , standing stand? so does huge quality differences between stadion section have a neg effect? should maybe?

I'd say these would qualify. Whenever someone puts a player as the goalie it's at least suspicious.

After season 1 the ratings were decreased by 25%, after season 2 the decrease was 30%, as stated in the guide. Can we expect 30% again, or is guide information just reflecting the decrease after season 2?
