and for how long does this penalties apply (in games or time period?) I thought that if he played the previous game at very high importance that he is not under this penalties
until the penalty is served. he served a different penalty in the previous home game. they are all put in a queue.
It comes down to how much do you value training? You can improve training but it'll cost you accordingly.
sorry didn't noticed you got your answer as I didn't see one more page in the topic...
Anyone else seeing significantly smaller offers than they were expecting?
I placed the same as last season in the league, my staff are both 100 in marketing in a maxed out HR department, my OTR is top 20 so cant see that being the issue and yet my offers are only about 85% of last seasons.
Dont really care about the fact that the money total will be lower because i think from a balance point of view it should be.
Just want to know the reason as I havent heard anything about changes to the finances.

We got the same problem in Denmark! For example the winner of the playoffs in league I.1 got a 25% lower offer!! Can someone explain me why??
We're seeing significantly lower offers in the US as well, and I think we had the penalty for losing a lower league last season too, so not sure what's going on.
That's because earlier u got bonus money from sponsors when u made it to the CL or CWC. That changed for next season. Nowadays u don't get that bonus.

"This will be the last time that the sponsors will take into account your performance in the Champions' League or the Cup Winners' Cup in hockey. As of next season, this bonus will be removed."
From the general sponsor section in the guide:
"Taking part or qualifying for an international cup competition will also draw better sponsorship offers."
Earlier there were two bonuses for CL/CWC. One for taking part or qualifying for CL/CWC and one for your performance in the cup. The latter has been removed (as announced in the news 3 months ago), and as you can see from the guide only taking part in the cup provides a bonus now.

Hmm given i didnt make it past the round robin stage of the tourney last season and have qualified again this time given i won the league I still dont see how my offers are lower.
ie My performance was really poor in the CL so not sure how my performance bonus for it would have been that big.
