Yes it probably would take some time, but there are periods when programmers have a bit more time on their hands, so, if the suggestion is accepted, why not. I personally like the idea.
Your fans are punishing you for losing games on low or very low. And I found at least two games at the beginning of the season you lost on very low. So there is nothing to fix, it's your own fault.

fixed. the dutch translators didn't translate it. Maybe you could help with that. Please contact ludisplitjo (the guy just above your post) if you wish to help.
has anybody ever taken a look at faceoffs. Even when I win I seem terrible at them. Is this due to the quality of centers or just random?
Technique is the main factor for faceoffs with centers. If your opponent's centers are better overall they likely have better technique, or maybe your opponents train technique more than you if their players are comparable to yours.

there's no 1 correct answer. you can determine answer from your opinion what is optimal - one could tell max coaches other could see "ehh, its 13 level, maybe 2 80/80 coaches with lower salary could do the trick". if i remember correctly at 13lvl I used 80/80 cos 1 salary was 100k a day at first league, while 100/100 costs 200k a day.
The better the coaches the better result, but also higher costs.
